Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : Chanhassen, MN 55317
Duration : 9 months
Job Description :
Responds to consumer / customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction, in accordance with the organization's service standards.
- Typically, vocationally qualified but has limited work experience.
- Will be assigned tasks and work following established procedures; uses existing, clearly defined procedures to solve routine problems.
- Depends upon others for instruction, guidance, and direction : work is subject to review by others.
- Developing skills in basic practices and procedures in one area through formal training.
- Able to apply basic technical skills together with business knowledge to own work; handles a single task. Interpersonal skills.
Works cooperatively with others to achieve team goals.
Must Haves :
- Processing incoming emails to generate RMA (Return Material Authorization) Service Requests in Oracle EBS database.
- Provide the formal RMA Form (deliverable) to the customer / requestor via Outlook email.
- Incoming / Outbound phone calls (as needed).
